A facilities management department was using pen and paper, as well as laptop connectivity to communicate the need for work orders back to their corporate headquarters. Within a few months of defining the scop, we created a mobile system that allowed each technician to check in at jobs and request third part work orders including pictures of the problems - all from their cellphones. This increased productivity and reporting. Facilities leadership gained a live view into what technicians were submitting, how they were creating cost savings, and where they'd been.
We're proud to say that our first official client was a small business, just getting started. Over the course of two months he gained several of the crucial parts of a business; a website, logo, business cards, and social media presence. Additionally, we created and implemented a strong strategy that proved to be profitable for our client in under 6 months!
A client came to us with over 25 years in the childcare industry. They knew they had a strong following but also that times had changed, and it was time for a new look. Creative Ascension paired them with their graphic designer who curated a new logo, business cards, letterhead, road sign, and email signatures. The team also upgraded their website and social media, reaching parents online and increasing engagement like they never had before.
A new client came to us with a need for out-of-the-box thinking. They were managing a technology park that had too many office vacancies after the pandemic, and they needed those spaces filled. We reviewed their entire online presence and made recommendations for how to reach potential tenants online and in person. We also encouraged them to consider providing co-working spaces, as the need for that had grown with the demand for remote work.
A client came to us with the need for a strategy to grow their brand and online presence, preparing for expansion into a new state. We provided a strategy that planned for the brand to be updated on a revised website, the creation of social media accounts that were appropriate for the audience, and a 2-year plan broken down my 6-month milestones that would help entice new employees in each of the business's office locations.
One of our most impactful cost savings efforts helped a company across several states, with several admins in each. We interviewed the admins as a team, discussing each of their roles' processes and where their processes differed for the same tasks. Ultimately, their leadership was provided a 127-page document that ranked each task for each role by workload, identified standardized processes, and a total of 29 automations or improvements using technology, resulting in a cost savings of over $150,000 during trainings and system development, and over $180,000 in net savings after training and development was complete.
Motorcycle club and Family Friendly aren't always two phrases people put together. We partnered with a local club for several years to assist in creating family friendly events that gave back to the chapter's selected non-profits. We also joined the fundraising trail that visited local businesses, imploring them to get involved at or donate to the event. The year that yielded the highest amount of donations to the nonprofit, we were proud to be apart of for strategy and marketing.
When severe weather hits, be it a blizzard, tornado or hurricane, companies in the impacted area need to ensure their employees and properties are all okay. We built a system used across over 1000 retail stores and many states, where the staff could check in with their store's status and details about their immediate needs, and that data was used to prioritize and prep storm responses. The system also allowed responders to order hotel rooms, advise of inaccessible routes, log workorders, and update the store's status if the responder addressed the pressing issues.
